We can run your development project from feasibility and acquisition, through entitlement, to construction and disposition. Or we can handle any discrete piece. We can also advise on, and help you negotiate, certain transaction documents from a market perspective, including leases and acquisition documents, and provide investment due diligence for certain real estate funds. Daniel Gunter III
Principal
Daniel Gunter III is a real estate and real estate development professional and licensed attorney and real estate broker, with wide-ranging experience. His work in real estate includes multiple product types and all facets of the development process and through this work, he has developed a significant network of contacts throughout North Carolina overall. Daniel has lived almost his entire life in North Carolina, invested in North Carolina and wants to push good projects to completion in North Carolina.
Prior to launching Gunter Development, Daniel worked with a national developer and a regional developer where he participated in a myriad of complex projects including mixed-use, office, industrial and multifamily. He began his real estate career as an attorney, including practicing over eight years with one of the largest law firms in the world. Daniel has been significantly involved in the Triangle community, including with Habitat for Humanity of Wake County, NC State University (his undergraduate alma mater) and multiple real estate trade organizations.
While not working, you can find Daniel coaching his boys in various sports, thinking about when he used to play golf and wondering when his boys will be old enough to do yard work. Daniel loves spending time with his family and hitting the beach.
